A qualified solicitor with at least 1- 5 PQE in employment law, ideally with some exposure to commercial and/or public sector clients.

Assisting with transactional and corporate support elements of insolvency matters, including sales out of administration. Generous and flexible pension schemes.

Providing employment support on corporate transactions. Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering commercially focused advice.

£70,000 - £90,000 a year

2–5 years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (or equivalent experience). Construction, manufacturing, leisure, and retail sector matters.
