The successful candidate will have a minimum of Level 4 qualification (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent).

Act as a first point of contact for clients, handling general queries professionally and escalating complex issues as appropriate.

£24,000 - £28,000 a year

Deliver exceptional sales and business performance by acquiring, developing and maintaining highly proactive, long term client relationships.

Previous experience carrying out a similar role with a third-party administrator or in-house occupational pension scheme. Health cash plan (Level 1).
