Facilities Maintenance Technician salaries in Blackburn, LAN

Build and maintain effective relationships with existing customers/client. 2 corporate social responsibility days per year. Participation in a on call rota.

Relevant maintenance qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent minimum). Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities within management systems.

Perform preventative maintenance on buildings/homes, including plumbing, painting, plastering, joinery, minor roofing repairs.
