You will play an integral role in continuous improvement, new product introduction (NPI), and day-to-day operational support. 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

Minimum Level 3 qualification or apprentice trained. Previous experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is ideal.

Manage customer quality communications in a timely and professional manner. Lead root cause investigations and facilitate product and process issue resolution.

Provide technical support to customers, distributors and internal departments regarding product operation, application and installation.
