To be considered for this role you should hold a degree (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering and have hands-on experience with AutoCAD.

Proven experience (min 3 years) in providing technical engineering support within a mechanised, volume manufacturing setting.

Knowledge and understanding of standard line balancing Proactive approach to driving efficiency and resolving production issues.

Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, plus proven project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Full UK driving licence or equivalent. You will play a key part in driving LEAN manufacturing principles, continuous improvement and team performance.
