Experienced in Revit with at least 2 years employment history. Updating Services Design ensuring the BIM model maintains functionality.

£35,000 - £50,000 a year

Minimum AS/A2 Levels or equivalent preferably relating to engineering, science or maths. Attend site to assess and survey. A-Level or equivalent (preferred).

£26,000 - £35,000 a year

Create and edit detailed floor plans using AutoCAD (training provided), including lease plans, domestic, commercial and fire risk assessment floor plans.

Ability to liaise with architects, structural engineers, contractors, project managers, party wall surveyors and clients. Excellent spoken and written English.
