We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer to create accurate planning stage design drawings using AutoCAD. Experience in apartments and houses.

£28,000 - £35,000 a year

You must have at minimum 1 year of relevant office experience to apply for this role and be confident in using AutoCAD.

Ability to liaise with architects, structural engineers, contractors, project managers, party wall surveyors and clients. Excellent spoken and written English.

Must have at least 3 years employment experience, post degree, working as an Interior Architect in an INTERIOR DESIGN / ARCHITECTURAL PRACTICE.

Well-developed sense of urgency and ability to function in a fast-paced environment, delivering drawings with speed and accuracy.
