Responsible for driving improvements in warehouse picking accuracy, quality and service levels to deliver excellent standards of customer care.

*Hours* - Afternoons 2pm till 10pm Monday to Friday (15% Shift Allowance) and Nights 10pm till 6am Sunday to Thursday (30% shift allowance).

Up to £18.07 an hour

Provides daily leadership and supervision of shop floor teams to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People targets.

The Projects Lead element of the role reflects the nature of precision plastics manufacturing: our customers run programmes, not just purchase orders.

£45,000 - £50,000 a year

Forklift licence (preferred but not essential). Supporting production, maintenance and continuous improvement activities. MIG and TIG welding experience.

£25,000 - £30,000 a year
