NB. This is a shift-based role with shifts around the airport opening times and busy flight schedule (weekends and holidays). WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week.

4 days on, 2 days off roster pattern (4 early shifts, 2 off & 4 late shifts, 2 off). SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 2 off. Discounted commuter travel for public transport.

Supervise and control flight-handling activities such as Flight Editing, Check-in, Transfers, and Boarding, etc., in order to ensure a high service standard.

Ensure updating SSCI for downgrading or offloading customers. Ps, unaccompanied children etc. in areas of arrival, departure and during transits.
