1–2 years in a senior kitchen role within Pastry, ideally as Sous Chef or Junior Sous. Biannual company socials plus smaller social and sports groups.

£36,390 - £48,090 a year

Assisting the sushi chef in preparing a range of sushi. Maintaining a clean and tidy working space in accordance with health and safety regulations.
