Managing inbound and outbound emails and telephone calls, occasionally via Zoom / Teams. Supporting customers with queries after taking delivery.

Call centre sales: 2 years (preferred). Making outbound calls using our smart dialler system – *no cold calling*! Monthly social events and annual parties.
