Senior Construction Estimator salaries in ENG

Carrying out post-project reviews to improve future tender submissions. Managing and preparing competitive tenders for complex construction projects.

Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates. Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team.

Being the point of contact with clients including raising & answering queries etc. Be qualified to HNC/Diploma/Degree level in Construction /Quantity Surveying.

You have experience of the pre-construction phase of projects and can quickly identify risks and opportunities.

Experience working on workplace, commercial, healthcare, education, retail or public sector projects. Car allowance or company car.
