Quantity Surveyor salaries in Kingsnorth, KEN

A full UK driving licence (preferred). Preparing subcontract orders and supporting documentation. Attending project meetings and site visits where required.

Up to £30,000 a year

Prepare and feed information for monthly reports: value, cost, profit/loss, cash flow. Prepare subcontract enquiries negotiate and set up contracts.

You are responsible for the commercial success of the projects whilst adhering to commercial administration procedures. Must be confident to be client facing.

Implementing effective risk management and mitigation strategies to achieve commercial targets. You have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent…

Experience with cost planning, CVRs, forecasting and cash flow management. Prepare budgets, cost plans, CVRs, profit forecasts and cash flow reports.
