Provides advanced remote access support and ad-hoc support for non-standard personal and/or remote access devices. (37.5 hour week on a rotational shift basis).

Take initial telephone or email inquiries and troubleshooting and manage hardware, software or network problems. Log call / walk-up activity.

Diagnosing faults and repairing home consumer electronics, including devices under warranty repair for a well known UK brand.
