Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients on the telephone. Replying to sales enquiries on both freehold / leasehold properties.

Good understanding of residential property processes and common transaction stages (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters).

We're looking for an experienced conveyancer who is *qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx Lawyer*. 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
