Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Document Controller or similar role. Provide general administrative support to the project team as required.

Ensure project documents are correctly uploaded, issued, tracked, and archived in line with project procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The position contributes to compliance, audit readiness, and efficient project delivery by maintaining document integrity and traceability.

The role would typically be expected to be conducted in a hybrid arrangement from Glasgow City Centre (3 days office, 2 days WfH).

Tasks will include uploading / downloading, copying and printing of incoming and outgoing project documents and drawings.
