Our amazing team of vibrant & diverse volunteers helps us run our retail shops, raising money for vulnerable children, young people and families across the UK.

One session per week (morning or afternoon, flexible). Act as an early signal if someone needs additional support. Welcome every citizen warmly as they arrive.

Welcome citizens warmly and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive. Prepare hot and cold drinks to order — barista training provided.

2–3 hours per week (flexible day and time). Keep the volunteer roster accurate and up to date. Support simple bookings, enquiries and scheduling.

Work on the till processing sales and returns. Full training and experience of working in retail as a volunteer. Replenish stock on the shop floor.
