Liaise with depot staff to ensure all hire and sales orders/collections are fulfilled efficiently and customers are satisfied with our service.

Maximising every sales opportunity, including up-selling and cross-selling. Collaborating with warehouse and external sales teams to ensure smooth deliveries.

Complete all sales, cash and credit documentation accurately. Achieve sales targets while managing discounts and margins. Support stock takes when required.

Conduct outbound sales activity including calls, emails, and follow-ups. Manage incoming sales enquiries and ensure prompt responses. 28 days holiday per annum.
