£44,000 - £75,000 a year

Training: Participate in structured learning programmes designed to develop technical conveyancing knowledge and practical case-handling skills.

£25,000 - £40,000 a year

Good understanding of residential property processes and common transaction stages (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters).

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Confidence dealing with estate agents, lenders and other solicitors. 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
