Are you an experienced administrator who thrives on keeping teams organised, supporting senior leaders and making a real difference every day? We are looking two organised, proactive and highly professional Senior Administrator’s to join our Scotland Administration Team based at our Glasgow Hospice. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within a compassionate and dedicated organisation, where your expertise will help support the delivery of exceptional care and services across Scotland.

What you will be doing:

In this varied and rewarding role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to managers, clinicians and operational teams, helping to ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently. From coordinating meetings and producing accurate minutes, to managing sensitive information, maintaining records and generating reports, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional care. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working collaboratively while making a meaningful contribution, we would love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:

Experience working in an administrative role, providing high-quality support in a busy and fast paced environment.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, with confidence using a range of IT systems.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work effectively to deadlines.
A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and building positive working relationships.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities in order to meet service needs.
Resilient and able to remain calm, focused and professional when managing competing demands.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering excellent administrative support.
A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to work independently and use initiative when required.
