About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee employee and talent regulatory frameworks. You'll keep our internal people practise in compliance while providing oversight on relevant obligations and related controls

What you'll be doing

Providing oversight on obligations for employee and talent-related processes (statements of responsibilities, remuneration, malus and clawback, etc.)
Ensuring high-quality regulatory mapping
Challenging, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch
Reviewing 1LoD compliance approvals for employee and talent initiatives, and providing appropriate feedback
Ensuring a robust, company-wide employee and talent training programme
Overseeing horizon scanning for relevant geographies
Reviewing and challenging 1LoD review of incidents to ensure effective remediation

What you'll need

7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
Expertise in employee and talent obligations (accountability regimes, SMCR, EMD, MLR, COI, etc.)
A university degree in STEM, business, or finance
Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
The ability to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulators
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English

Compensation range

Poland: PLN21,300 - PLN31,900 gross monthly*
Lithuania: €6,200 - €7,800 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
