Office Administrator / Helpdesk assistant - Nuevo - Facilities Management

12-5pm Monday to Friday

Location: Pera Business Park, Melton Mowbray (Please note, this is an on-site role not working from home/ remote)

Nuevo, a trusted leader in facilities management, building maintenance, compliance management, and 24/7 helpdesk solutions, is seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator / helpdesk assistant to join our team. We are a growing company that operates both locally and nationwide, providing tailored solutions to our clients.

We’re looking for a dedicated and polite individual with a strong work ethic who is ready to grow alongside us. **Please apply only if you meet both the experience and personal attributes required.**

**Responsibilities:**

- Answer and manage incoming calls, assisting clients and supporting our office team.

- Provide support to our helpdesk, engineers, and sub-contractors.

- Liaise with suppliers and clients for smooth operations.

- Review and process jobs on our FM software. (On the job training)

- Use office software, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and our helpdesk FM software (training provided).

- Assist with out-of-hours calls and emails, as needed.

**Additional Duties:**

- Support senior management with tasks.

**Requirements:**

- Positive, loyal, and professional attitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

- Polite and professional telephone manner.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office/administrative role.

- GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Adherence to a casual/smart dress code.
