Chef de Partie – Join My Kitchen Team at The New Inn

Are you passionate about great food and looking for a kitchen where your ideas and hard work are genuinely valued?

I'm looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join my team at The New Inn.

I'm looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys producing quality dishes from fresh ingredients and wants to be part of a close-knit team that's committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience every service.

As my Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your own section, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation, while working alongside a team that supports one another and enjoys what they do.

What I'm Looking For

A passionate and motivated Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready for the next step.
Someone who thrives in a busy kitchen and remains calm under pressure.
A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
High standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety.
A genuine passion for producing consistently excellent food.
Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to learn and develop.

Your Responsibilities

Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
Take ownership of your section during service.
Ensure all food is prepared in line with recipes .
Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards.
Help minimise waste and support effective stock control.
Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Support junior members of the team where required.
Contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal menu development.
