The Senior Paid Social Manager will own and manage the development & delivery of our Paid Social product offering for the agency whilst adapting towards new platforms and tactics as the space evolves. We’re looking for a truly passionate candidate who loves to be creative, experiment & learn and grow their profile to become a go-to authority in Paid Social within the agency and for the clients you’ll be working across.
You will collaborate successfully with key stakeholders in the department to ensure a holistic, seamless, and future-facing strategic approach for all your clients. You’ll have a key role in the development and management of managers, analysts and executives within the Paid Social team, responsible for their ongoing development and being a senior support across their accounts.
Key Accountabilities
To own and manage our Paid Social client strategies ensuring these are meeting campaign and commercial objectives. Deliver holistic strategies working closely with the Biddable and Content teams within the areas that drive growth and meet targets for our clients.

Strategy & Partnerships:
Own and manage innovation and the development of our Paid Social offering through client strategies and the evolution of our proposition in market.
Alongside the Head of Paid Social, building out our approach to best-in-class brand campaigns that create meaningful engagement on Social. Be instrumental in the collaboration and development of cohesive social plans across paid and organic.
Being seen as the Paid Social expert within the agency and working closely with client services to improve their knowledge.
Proven experience driving performance strategies across the paid platforms and a track record of running ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit.
Identify future industry trends and developments, ensuring that this information feeds through into the proposition for clients and to the team.
Identity commercial and efficiency opportunities for growth within Paid Social clients and putting together strategies and plans to execute these (collaboratively with the Client Services team).
Own the agencies partnership (collaboratively with the Head of Paid Social) for Meta and various platforms, to understand where we can gain added value for clients and training for the team.
Delivery
Build on current successes and advise clients on ongoing and future strategic approaches
Delivery – reporting, optimisation, creative optimisation & briefing, client calls, meetings & QBRs etc.
Lead on day-to-day campaign operations across the team and more junior team members, ensuring clients receive a high level of service with a rigorous focus on quality control
Collaborate with the wider Paid Media team to deliver holistic campaigns to schedule and on or above targets set
Work with existing agency teams and accounts to drive revenue growth via their usage of channels as a part of integrated strategies
Own and understand the efficiency and effectiveness of Paid Social delivery and work closely with the operations team to understand servicing of accounts

Experience
You will have already have 3-4+ years of paid experience, whether agency, client, or media owner
Competent at integrated multi-channel Social planning and forecasting, including considerations of boosting and organic content.
Agency side experience is advantageous
You will have experience of running projects and campaigns to budget, and managing delivery of strategy with key team members.
Experience of running brand campaigns is preferred, including new product launches.
Knowledge and experience of offline media would be advantageous.
