Job Summary

Join our vibrant kitchen team as a Full-Time Line Chef (minimum 1 year experience is required) and bring your culinary passion to life! In this dynamic role, you'll be an essential part of preparing delicious, high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Ensure all food is prepared safely, maintaining strict food safety and sanitation protocols
Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote efficiency and safety
Support the team during busy service times by serving dishes promptly and accurately
Follow all restaurant procedures related to food handling, storage, and waste management
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Excellent skills in meal preparation and culinary techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
Familiarity with serving procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Reliability and punctuality are essential
