We are recruiting for an in house Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for managing our recruitment process and finding the best candidates for our vacancies.

Responsibilities include:

Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
Sourcing suitable candidates via various methods
Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and experience
Entering job applicants’ CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference
Assessing candidate suitability to ensure a strong match with the company
Supporting managers throughout the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience
Producing monthly reports against measurable KPIs

Experience & Skills:

Previous experience as an in-house recruiter is essential, ideally within a construction or related industry
Confident, results-driven, and motivated to achieve targets
Excellent interpersonal, face-to-face, and telephone communication skills
Strong organisational and planning skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands
Demonstrates discretion and maintains confidentiality at all times
