Looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for passionate and motivated Support Workers to join a fantastic team at our residential service in King's Heath.

This is a permanent role, where there are part and full time positions available for up to 37.5 hours per week. The early shifts are 7.00am till 2.30pm and the late is 2.00pm - 9.30pm

The service is a 4-bedroom, detached home in a residential area and the individuals who live here are deaf, blind or have dual sensory impairments.

There is a new individual moving into the service very soon, and you will mainly be supporting this male adult who has severe complex needs and elements of challenging needs. He would require minimal support as he is very independent.

You do not require prior experience as full training will be provided when you start this role. However, prior experience of working with challenging behaviour is desirable.
