About the Role

 Full time / Part Time permanent employed position minimum of 21 hours ( 3 x 6 hour shifts 8am to 2pm or 2.30pm to 8.30pm) with occasional weekend cover per month on either Saturday or Sunday 8am to 2pm  Meeting and training for the whole team every month as you will work closely with the marketing lead and team of administrators  Access to platforms such as Mailchimp, Lead generation software and our CRM systems  Access to a team consisting of a supportive and experienced specialists across the Back in Motion group to understand the industry sector if no previous experience in health  Induction and training courses for our CRM systems provided on induction  Develop skills in leadership, client management and delivery of care  Support for the administration team required  Company Pension available to all employed staff

Job Types: Part-time (minimum 18 to 21 hours) or Full time

If no previous healthcare setting experience then it is essential in your covering letter to outline your transferable skills between industry sectors. This job role is suitable for a candidate who can demonstrate strong self leadership and communication skills so ideally looking for some industry / work experience as the candidate will need to develop this role as it is a new role within our company.

A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Sales or Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person on site at Back in Motion clinics at all times with no hybrid working.
