About the role

Do you enjoy combining customer service with detailed, accurate decision making? As a Customer Service Officer within Social Security, you'll assess benefit claims, review supporting evidence, calculate entitlements, process payments and provide one to one support to customers. Working in a fast paced team, you'll manage a varied workload, dealing with enquiries, maintaining records and ensuring claims are processed efficiently and correctly.

You'll enjoy a role that combines problem solving, customer interaction and responsibility. Supporting customers, making informed decisions and contributing to continuous improvement, you'll play an important part in delivering an efficient and professional service. Put your customer service, organisation and attention to detail skills to good use in a role where every day brings new challenges, your decisions matter, and your work helps deliver essential support to people across the Isle of Man.
