What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

Manage customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with SLAs.
Monitor and report on complaint trends, KPIs, and service performance to support continuous improvement.
Prepare and distribute client reports, maintaining accuracy and meeting agreed deadlines.
Respond to client enquiries, requests, and online reviews, delivering exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records across internal systems and client portals, including site inspection logs.
Collaborate with internal teams and support the Head of Client Relationships to ensure outstanding service delivery and client satisfaction.

What You Need to Succeed

At least 2 years' experience in customer service, client relations, or complaints handling.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative team mindset.
