Overview

Los Reyes is a critically acclaimed tapas bar based in Historic Hitchin, Hertfordshire. We opened in 2015 but have recently been taken over by new management and are looking for passionate, hard working individuals to build our team and ensure the restaurants success for years to come.

Qualifications

Attitude is everything. We are happy to take on someone who has the desire to learn to serve authentic spanish tapas. Basic kitchen experience is preferred but we are happy to provide full training to the right candidate.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning and development
Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles

Duties

Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications accurately to maintain consistency and quality
Support the kitchen team during meal preparation, plating, and service times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Contribute to inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying management of shortages
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed diligently throughout the shift
Serve dishes efficiently during busy service periods, supporting a smooth dining experience for guests
