Full job description

We are recruiting for an Outbound Sales Representative to join the wider sales department.

Please note that this role requires office-based working, five days per week, for the first six months to ensure a successful onboarding and training period.

The role

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers via telephone, promoting our products/services, and generating leads to contribute to our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective recruitment agencies to introduce Brookson's services and generate new business opportunities.
Build rapport with potential clients, understand their requirements, and identify how our services can support their needs.
Qualify leads and book appointments for senior members of the sales team.
Accurately record all customer interactions, leads, and activity within our CRM system.
Work towards and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Collaborate with colleagues across the sales team to maximise opportunities and drive business growth.
Attend training and coaching sessions to develop your sales skills and product knowledge.
Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and direct messaging activity.
Handle inbound enquiries and proactively engage with customers via telephone and email.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Comfortable working to KPIs and targets
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle rejection positively
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Previous sales experience, either face to face or over the phone or the confidence and willingness to develop these skills
