About the company

Established in 1997 as a GP Out of Hours service, EBPC has evolved into a leading provider of urgent and primary care services. With a workforce of over 400 dedicated professionals, we deliver more than 20 services focused on high-quality, accessible, and cost-effective patient care.

General Practitioner (GP) – Out of Hours Service Clinically Supported | Safe Workload | Flexible Sessions

We are recruiting General Practitioners to join our established Enhanced Access service, delivering high-quality urgent primary care within a clinically safe, well-supported environment.

Our service is designed around safe clinical practice, effective triage, and strong multidisciplinary teamwork — enabling GPs to focus on delivering excellent patient care with the right systems and support in place.

Role Overview

Assess and manage primary care pre-booked appointments.
Provide telephone, video, and face-to-face consultations.
Work collaboratively with the wider urgent care team.
Ensure clear documentation and safe handover of care.

What we are looking for

GMC-registered GP with a licence to practise.
Inclusion on the NHS GP Performers List.
Strong clinical judgement and risk assessment skills.
Experience in Primary Care is desirable but not essential.
