Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services across various markets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by engaging with diverse clients and expanding our market reach. We also require you to go out and speak to shops, pharmacies, beauty salons and other retail locations to speak with buyers and owners to show brochures, line sheets, products and follow up by email in person. So you must drive and also be a people person with sales negotiation skills.

You also must be well presented and well spoken. You must also have strong skills in.

You will start as a temp and if you’re progressing in development and are able to get sales and contacts you will be made permanent and then we can discuss profit sharing (% of sales made) which is uncapped. It usually starts at 5%.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new B2B (business-to-business) sales opportunities.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating features and benefits.
Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Drive sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Manage a pipeline of leads through effective time management and organizational skills.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using IT tools.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
Proven experience in B2B sales environments with a focus on customer relationship management.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in IT systems, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, and MS Office Suite.
Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professional integrity.
Knowledge of the industry or market sector is a plus but not mandatory.
