As Sous Chef, you will support the senior team in running the kitchen and maintaining the standards expected within a Rosette environment. This is a great opportunity for a chef looking to progress within a quality-focused kitchen.
- Support daily kitchen operations and service
- Maintain high food and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock control and minimising waste
- Support and guide junior chefs
- Help lead the kitchen in the absence of senior chefs
- Previous Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef experience
- Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
- Passion for fresh, seasonal food
- Positive attitude and good teamwork
- Ability to work well under pressure
