Full job description

.We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Removal Supervisor to join our growing team operating across Devon and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in licensed asbestos removal to take on a key leadership role within a reputable and safety-focused company.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising asbestos removal projects from start to completion.
Managing site teams and ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with current regulations.
Conducting site inspections and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and compliance.
Liaising with clients, project managers, analysts, and regulatory bodies.
Ensuring all documentation, records, and site paperwork are completed accurately.
Delivering toolbox talks and supporting the ongoing development of operatives.
Monitoring project progress and resolving site issues as they arise.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience as an Asbestos Removal Supervisor.
Current Supervisor Training Certificate.
Valid UK Driving Licence.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and asbestos removal procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Desirable Qualifications

CSCS Card.
First Aid at Work qualification.
Face Fit Certification.
Additional health and safety qualifications.
