Job Summary:

Contigo Healthcare is excited to collaborate with a leading NHS Trust to present an exceptional opportunity for a Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine on a permanent basis. This role is perfect for a skilled intensivist looking to join a dedicated team in a modern facility focused on delivering outstanding critical care. With a supportive environment and a commitment to professional growth, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in patient outcomes.

Salary:

Negotiable Salary, dependent on experience.

Benefits:

Relocation Package up to £20,000, dependent on criteria.

Essential Criteria:

GMC full registration & licence (FRCA or equivalent)
FFICM Accreditation
On or within 6 months of GMC Specialist Register in Intensive Care Medicine (or expected CESR approval)
Independent Consultant-level experience in Intensive Care Medicine
Ability to participate in 1:8 rota
On-call commitment of 2.8 PAs per week (Category A)
Ability to work 10 PAs total

Desirable Criteria:

Post CCT Fellowship
FICE/FUSIC Accreditation
Instructor in Life Support courses

Working Hours / On-Call:

Rota: 1:8
On-call commitment: 2.8 PAs per week (Category A)
Must live within 30 minutes of the Trust for on-call

CV Requirements:

Must show experience & competencies for Intensive Care Medicine at Consultant level

Additional Notes:

Shortlisted candidates must attend a Technical Specification Panel (virtual possible) and an Advisory Appointment Committee (in person).
