Full job description

Flooring Estimator Required

We are seeking an experienced Flooring Estimator to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a Flooring Estimator, you will be responsible for visiting customers’ homes and commercial premises to carry out accurate site surveys, take detailed measurements & assess subfloor conditions for a wide range of flooring installations. You will work closely with customers and our installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits for domestic and commercial flooring projects.
Accurately measure areas and assess site conditions.
Identify any floor preparation or additional works required.
Advise customers on suitable flooring products and installation options.
Maintain excellent customer service throughout the estimating process.
Ensure all measurements, documentation, and quotations are completed to a high standard.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in a similar estimating role within the flooring industry.
A flooring installation or trade background would be highly advantageous.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A professional, tidy appearance.
A full UK driving licence (essential).

Position Details:

Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Competitive salary, dependent on experience
