As our instructor you will be valued and celebrated.

What you’ll do

Lead iconic Never After Hot Barre/Pilates small group classes
Teach a consistent schedule (minimum 3-4 shifts a week + subbing )
Create beautiful workout experiences
Represent the NeverAfter brand with care, professionalism, joy, charisma and positivity
Build community in class, online and through events
Maintain a welcoming environment and check clients in when needed
Advocate for our clients by following our customer service principles
Maintain a clean, organised studio environment. Ensure all equipment is properly set up and sanitised
Provide personalised modifications for clients when needed

What we offer

Consistent block scheduling
Competitive pay at £30 per class
Ongoing training to keep your skills razor sharp

What We’re Looking For

Certified
Reliability: commitment to at least 3-4 shifts a week
Ideally proven teaching experience of at least 1 year. But newly qualified candidates who believe they are the right fit for the role are encouraged to apply.
Fluent in English
Community builders with a passion for people and connections.
Classes take place in an environment using Red Light Therapy. Candidates must be medically suitable to use this equipment.

Pay: From £30.00 per hour
