Estate Agent Office Administrator

An Estate Agent Office Administrator provides administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of an estate agency. They act as the first point of contact for clients and support the sales and lettings teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting clients and handling telephone and email enquiries.
Scheduling property viewings, valuations, and appointments.
Maintaining property listings on company websites and property portals.
Preparing sales and lettings documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
Keeping client and property records accurate and up to date.
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other parties involved in the transaction.
Proactively deal chasing all properties under offer by maintaining regular contact with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to monitor progress, resolve issues, and help ensure sales proceed smoothly through to completion.
Providing regular progress updates to clients and negotiators throughout the sales process.
Processing invoices, deposits, and other administrative paperwork.
Ordering office supplies and assisting with general office management.
Supporting negotiators and managers with a range of daily administrative tasks.

Key Skills:

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estate agency CRM/property management software.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, proactive, and approachable manner.
Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
