As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and strengthen our brand presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that support business growth and customer engagement.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business objectives. You will oversee digital marketing activities, manage marketing projects, analyse campaign performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
Lead search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and paid advertising initiatives to improve online visibility.
Create, coordinate, and oversee engaging marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, videos, and promotional materials.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Work closely with senior management to support business development and lead generation activities.
Coordinate branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and marketing partners where required.
Organise and support promotional events, networking opportunities, exhibitions, and campaigns.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing function.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant advertising standards, GDPR, and company policies.

Essential Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media management.
Experience planning and managing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and campaign performance.
Experience using marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking combined with strong commercial awareness.

Desirable Skills

Experience within media, digital services, business consultancy, or information services.
Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Understanding of website content management systems (CMS), including WordPress.
Experience managing external marketing agencies and suppliers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
Professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) are desirable but not essential.
Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
