Transformation Activation NI
Our TA NI team, also known as our Change Management offering, is the largest and fastest-growing multi-disciplinary Change Management practice in Northern Ireland. We partner with clients to deliver the critical people, behavioural, and culture change essential for successful technology and digitally-enabled business transformation. Our expertise spans the entire transformation lifecycle, from strategic assessment and planning to comprehensive delivery support.

As a Senior Consultant within our TA NI team, you will play a leading role in the planning and delivery of people-focused transformation projects, working in multi-disciplinary teams. You will have access to market-leading frameworks that have been successfully implemented on high-profile projects by our team, whilst having a positive social impact at the heart of what we do.
Your role will involve bringing your advanced industry knowledge, change management, technology platform, and functional transformation expertise, along with broader consulting skills, to:
- Help clients realise the benefits of implementing new technology by enabling a great employee experience and allowing people to adopt new ways of working quickly and successfully.
- Solve complex issues by performing analysis, providing recommendations, and utilising a combination of consulting experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology to act as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders both internally within Deloitte and in client organisations, being seen as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor.
- Lead business development efforts by contributing to new business proposals, taking roles in industry and account teams, and mentoring junior team members in commercial activities.
- Drive internal practice development by leading proposition, methodology, and point-of-view development activities, and supporting knowledge capture and sharing.
Connect to your skills and professional experience
The technical nature of your change management experience is expected to include:
- Proven experience in planning and delivering components of business change, with expertise in the end-to-end lifecycle of change activities, including change strategies, change impact assessment, stakeholder management, communications and engagement, business readiness, and training & learning solutions.
- Considerable experience leading at least one of the following types of large-scale organisation transformation programmes:
- Technology implementation,
- Operational process transformation,
- Behaviour and culture transformation,
- Organisation/operating model transformation.
- Extensive experience with delivering change activities for system implementations such as Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, or Cloud & Digital transformations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and complexity.
- Proven ability to develop and manage senior client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, facilitation, presentation) and a knack for creative content.
- An innovative mindset with a keen interest in new thinking around transformation, change management, and technology disruptors (e.g., Gen AI, data-driven change, change activity automation, and Change as a Service).
- The ability to lead and collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments, demonstrating personal resilience and adaptability.
- Experience of delivery within waterfall, agile, and hybrid agile programmes.
Desirable skills include:
- Experience in a consulting organisation or internal consultant role.
- Proficiency with digital tools for content creation (e.g., Adobe Express, Camtasia) or data analytics (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
- Relevant change management and technology platform accreditations.
