Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be the vital link ensuring all workforce and subcontractor qualifications, certifications, and competencies are accurate, current, and audit-ready. Proactively monitoring compliance, you’ll spot gaps and act fast on upcoming expiries. You’ll validate evidence and work closely with colleagues and subcontractors to boost compliance rates and manage onboarding for new starters. With a sharp eye for detail, you’ll process updates quickly, oversee leaver records, and ensure documentation is in place before mobilisation. You’ll provide clear guidance, collaborate with divisional teams on competency gaps, and handle the production of identity cards with precision.

Confident using Microsoft Office 365—including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—you tackle varied workloads efficiently, always meeting deadlines and upholding the highest standards.
