Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire (with travel across the UK)

Salary: £26,500–£30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus

OTE: £35,000–£80,000+Full-Time | Permanent

What You'll Be Selling

You'll be introducing prospective clients to our range of products and services, including:

Property education and franchise partnership programmes
Corporate Let business training
Property launch services
Franchise and partnership opportunities
Property networking and training events
Property investment package and retreat programmes

Most enquiries are generated through our marketing campaigns, live events, exhibitions, referrals and networking activities.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

Attend exhibitions, networking events and property investment shows.
Attend and support our 1-Day Discovery Workshops in London, Manchester and Birmingham.
Attend our 3-Day Training Programmes when required.
Follow up warm leads generated through our marketing activities.
Conduct discovery and strategy calls with prospective clients.
Understand each client's goals before recommending the right solution.
Present and sell our programmes using a consultative sales approach.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up all enquiries professionally using our CRM system.
Keep accurate notes and manage your sales pipeline.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in attitude as much as experience.

You should have:

Minimum 2 years' sales experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence speaking with business owners and professionals.
Experience closing sales over the phone and face-to-face.
A consultative approach to selling.
Excellent listening and objection-handling skills.
Self-motivation and resilience.
A positive, coachable attitude.
Excellent organisational skills.
Experience using a CRM system (preferred).

Previous experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

High-ticket sales
Property sales
Recruitment or education
Financial or self development services
B2B sales
SaaS/software sales
Estate agency
Business development or training programme

Essential Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence.
Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
Available to work weekends and evenings when required.
Comfortable staying away from home occasionally for events and exhibitions.
