Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.

This job is workstyle 5 - Hybrid+.

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

This is an exciting time to join Angus Council's Housing Service. Following a comprehensive service review, we have created a new Housing Strategy and Development Team to strengthen our strategic housing function and shape the future of housing across Angus.

This newly created leadership role offers a unique opportunity to influence housing strategy, affordable housing delivery, asset management and investment planning. You will lead the development of a modern, evidence-based approach to asset management, ensuring our homes remain sustainable, energy efficient and fit for purpose, while overseeing the delivery of key housing strategies, affordable housing programmes and initiatives that maximise the contribution of housing across all tenures.

As a member of the Housing Leadership Team, you will work with partners across the housing sector to maximise investment opportunities, support thriving communities and help realise our vision that everyone in Angus has access to a good quality, safe, secure and affordable home. If you are a strategic and ambitious leader looking to make a lasting impact on housing services and communities, we'd love to hear from you
