Job Summary:

Ozefe Construction & Engineering Ltd is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of commercial and infrastructure construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys managing complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality results. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll do:

Lead construction projects from planning through completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building standards, and company policies.
Manage project risks and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Conduct site visits, project meetings, and progress reviews.
Prepare project reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience in construction, project management, engineering, or a related field.
Leadership or project coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
Good understanding of construction projects, site operations, or project delivery.
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.
Commitment to teamwork, safety, and delivering high-quality projects.
