LOVE SALES, PEOPLE AND THE BUZZ OF SMASHING A TARGET?
We’re looking for a confident, energetic and commercially driven Spa Sales Advisor to join PURE Spa & Beauty in Union Square, Aberdeen.
This is an exciting, fast-paced sales role for someone who loves turning conversations into bookings, recommending the perfect treatment and spotting every opportunity to increase a sale.
You’ll be at the heart of the spa - welcoming clients, answering calls and live chats, following up enquiries and confidently selling treatments, memberships, courses, packages, gift vouchers and skincare.
This is much more than a reception role. You’ll have clear sales targets, commission opportunities and plenty of incentives and prizes to keep things fun!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’ll take ownership of sales at Union Square by:
- Turning customer enquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
- Confidently recommending treatments, memberships, courses and packages.
- Identifying opportunities for upgrades, add-ons and product sales.
- Following up leads, missed opportunities and previous customers.
- Promoting memberships and courses that support long-term customer goals.
- Selling PURE skincare, gift vouchers and spa packages.
- Building relationships that encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Supporting sales campaigns, promotions and local marketing activity.
- Monitoring opportunities and taking proactive action to fill the diary.
- Creating an excellent customer experience in person, by telephone and through live chat.
- Celebrating wins and bringing energy and momentum to the team.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t need previous spa experience - we’ll teach you about our treatments, products and memberships.
What matters is that you:
- Love sales and feel motivated by targets and commission.
- Are confident starting conversations and asking for the sale.
- Can listen carefully and recommend the right solution.
- Understand how to upsell without making customers feel pressured.
- Are proactive and actively look for new sales opportunities.
- Enjoy following up leads and turning interest into action.
- Are resilient, positive and comfortable hearing “not today.”
- Bring energy, personality and enthusiasm to every shift.
- Take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Can work independently while contributing to a strong team culture.
- Are organised, reliable and commercially aware.
- Want to learn, develop and become even better at selling.
Experience in sales, retail, membership sales, hospitality, leisure, beauty, wellness or customer service would be helpful, but the right mindset is most important.

HOURS AND FLEXIBILITY
This is a part-time role working flexible hours across a seven-day rota.
As Union Square is a busy location, regular evening and weekend availability will be required. We’ll consider individual availability wherever possible, but we need someone who can offer reasonable flexibility during busy periods.
