Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administration professional to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage core financial records, oversee accounts processes, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your expertise in accounting software and attention to detail will help maintain accurate financial data, contribute to efficient workflow, and support the overall success of our organization. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills will directly impact our operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software Sage 50 ensuring all data is current and precise.
Process accounts payable & recievable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and timely payments.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements as needed.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review to facilitate informed decision-making.
Collaborate with external accountants or auditors during financial audits or tax preparation activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience with accounting software such as Sage 50 is essential mirwnimum 5 years experience.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general bookkeeping principles.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Effective communication skills for liaising with vendors, team members, and external partners.
Ability to adapt quickly to new software systems or procedural updates.
Nice-to-have: familiarity with other accounting tools or software integrations.
