About Care Daily
Care Daily is a leading provider of compliance documentation and care management software for health and social care organisations across the UK. We help providers stay compliant with regulatory requirements while simplifying the day-to-day management of their services through our innovative online platform.
Our customers include domiciliary care agencies, supported living providers, care homes, children's homes, healthcare recruitment agencies and other health and social care organisations.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Document Editor & Customer Support Advisor to join our team.
About the Role
This is a varied role combining document editing, compliance research, customer service and software support. You'll play an important part in ensuring our customers receive accurate, compliant documentation while also providing exceptional support throughout their journey with Care Daily.
No two days are the same. One day you may be updating policies to reflect the latest legislation, proofreading customer documents, or creating new guidance. The next, you could be helping a customer over the phone, delivering an online training session, demonstrating the platform to a prospective client, or assisting with onboarding and data migration.
We're looking for someone who enjoys both writing and working with people. You'll need excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
This is an office-based role, with the opportunity to work from home for up to two days per week once training has been successfully completed.
Full training will be provided through structured coaching, shadowing and guided learning sessions.
