Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen sections, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations diligently to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Support the team during meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of orders without compromising quality.
Contribute to menu development by offering ideas for new dishes or improvements based on culinary trends and customer feedback.
Maintain proper storage of ingredients, monitor stock levels, and communicate needs for replenishment.
Serve dishes efficiently during service, ensuring presentation meets brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar kitchen role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and meal preparation processes.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards supporting colleagues during busy periods.
Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles related to food service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
